Year of the Fire Horse

The Year of the Horse has a special meaning in our family. My son and I were both born under this sign, and Lunar New Year often falls close to my daughter’s birthday.

This series was taken at Brighton Open Market during a lion dance performance. A traditional celebration believed to bring good fortune, prosperity and protection for the year ahead.
